Malgré ses 150 ans, le lainier français Jules Tournier reste en bonne forme. Le tisseur de Mazamet (Tarn) est même le dernier lainier hexagonal entièrement intégré, à la fois filateur, tisseur, tricoteur, teinturier et apprêteur. «Il n’y a que les moutons que nous n’élevons pas», observe, amusé, Lionel Bonneville, le Pdg et représentant de la sixième génération de cette entreprise familiale. Jules Tournier fait venir ses laines d’Amérique du Sud, d’Afrique du Sud, d’Australie mais également… de France.
